Update #2: Product degradation was corrected. GOES-16 was returned to normal operations at 1410z and GOES-17 was returned at 1444z. Degradation was due to network issues in the NSOF/PPZ environment.

Update #1: Product degradation has continued since the initial report was issued.

Details/Specifics of Change: GOES-16 and 17 all Products  all Scenes delivered to AWIPS, PDA. All GOES-16 and GOES-17 products encountered an anomaly at 1622z. This anomaly lasted approximately 1 hour. The anomaly was encountered again around 1740z and again persisted for approximately 1 hour. Root cause has yet to be determined and is still under investigation.
