Update #2: Observation time of outage is now correctly updated.  The CrIS Scene Selection Module went into safe mode at 11:40:40z. That portion of the CrIS instrument was power-cycled and recovered to preface the recovery time at 15:00:26. 

Update #1: NPP Satcon returned CrIS sensor to normal operations during rev 46652. All missing CrIS data is unrecoverable.

Details/Specifics of problem:   During NPP SVL contact 46651 CRIS went into safehold mode, all CRIS data will be missing and non-recoverable until further notice. Engineering has been notified with a possible fix action TBD.
