Details:  During Fairbanks contact 47447 (AOS 1545Z), no frames were received at  ground station. The ground equipment failed to set up. Signal was received for telemetry but no data. Issue  under investigation. SMD data will  be re-captured during the next Svalbard support rev 47448 (AOS 1724z).
