Details/Specifics of Change: M-BThe PDA/NDE NSOF OPS environment will perform Break-Fix maintenance during the maintenance window above to mitigate corrupt message stores. Connections to and from outside providers will be intermittently impacted for 10 to 15 minutes during the maintenance. The corrupt message store will need to be deleted and replaced with an empty store. Any transactions in the message store at the time of deletion will be lost. The PDA team will assess the loss based on the message store capacity used when deleted. If processing or connectivity interruptions occur, hung connections may need to be reset and/or restarted.

The PDA Support team will be monitoring the environment to quickly investigate and remediate anomalies that arise.
