UPDATE #1: 0940Z - Engineering still troubleshooting the issue and there is a possibility of an OPS String transition to the CBU IDPS String which some users may have to make adjustments for if this occurs.

Topic:  Data Delay of BOTH NPP and N20 (J1)

Date/Time Issued: April 07, 2020 0950Z

Product(s) or Data Impacted: All products related to NPP and N20 (J1)

Date/Time of Initial Impact:   April 07, 2020 0317Z

Date/Time of Expected End:  TBD

Length of Outage: TBD

Details/Specifics of Change:The Operational (Primary) String of IDPS began to experience a rapid decline to its processing nodes and causing many alarms and failures of product reception and production. The problem is currently being worked by the IDPS Operator and GSE(s) via phone. A shutdown has occurred to the OPS String at the direction of the GSE. No Products will be produced until an Operational String is able to be brought back online, at which time, data recovery can hopefully begin.
