Final Update: All phones on the operations floor have now been restored.

Update #2: The phones at Controller and ESPC workstations have been restored. Work continues on Engineering workstations.

Update #1: The issue with the phones is still being worked.  The commercial phones are working at NSOF, but need to be programmed to ring on the correct number.

Details/Specifics of Change:  ESPC reports that the NSOF facility is experiencing a Telephone Outage. A trouble ticket has been opened with Verizon and the problem is being investigated.
