Update #1 – Final Update – The LUT Vendor reported the communications issue was caused by an offline circuit.  The Ground Station communication circuit has been restored and is now operational.   The data for the  Florida MEOLUT and LEOLUT is being received and distributed.

Details/Specifics of Change:  The SARSAT Florida Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) Ground Station stopped sending data directly to the USMCC at 0329Z. The MEOLUT maintenance vendor and SARSAT analysts are working to identify and resolve the problem.

 

Impact:  Medium-Atlantic and Caribbean Search and Rescue region's MEOSAR distress detection/reporting is delayed. LEOSAR and GEOSAR are nominal.
