Details/Specifics of Change:  Due to server maintenance, IDPS only received 50 of 66 ANC data for the 1200z synoptic time. Some FNMOC data missing due to server issue. Products will remain gracefully degraded until IDPS receives the complete ANC products for the 1800z synoptic time.
