Details/Specifics of Change:  During Fairbanks contact 45958 (AOS 1654Z), no frames were received at the ground station. The ground equipment set up and a signal was received. Issue under investigation. SMD data will try and be recaptured during the next Fairbanks support rev 45959 (AOS 1832z).
