Who: NCEP, NWSTG, NCF, Southern Region, and Eastern Region.

Reason: Tropical Depression 22, which is expected to strengthen while moving slowly over the western Gulf of Mexico over the next few days. Eastern Region has been added to this CWD due to coastal flooding expected this weekend and the impacts of Hurricane Teddy next week.
