Details/Specifics of Change: Starting with McMurdo rev 14722 AOS 0116z, Black Island antenna at McMurdo ground station is experiencing intermittent network outages. There is a possibility the network issue may cause intermittent data loss. Any missing data will be recovered during Svalbard contacts.
