Details/Specifics of Change:  On September 21, 2020, starting at 0600 UTC, NWS/NCO will be performing network maintenance that will cause a product and web service outage for three hours.  Most or all satellite products (and other NWS products) from NOAAPort/SBN including GOES-16 and GOES-17 Sectorized Cloud and Moisture AWIPS Imagery will be either unavailable or will experience intermittent disruptions during the three hour outage.  There may be data delays following the outage.  In the event of a Critical Weather Day (CWD), this network maintenance procedure will be postponed.

For non-NWS users, standard satellite data and products will continue to be available from the PDA system.  Access to GOES and POES data broadcast using direct readout antenna systems will also not be affected.  To minimize the impact during the data outage, GOES-16 and GOES-17 imagery can be accessed and viewed on the web from NESDIS/STAR at:  https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/.
