Details/Specifics of Change: On September 24, 2020 1742Z,
S-NPP will perform a 126.0 second propulsive Inclination Adjustment Maneuver (IAM)
to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling the Repeating Ground Track box.

The following observatory systems will be affected on September 24, 2020:
1709Z – 1925Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
1719Z – 1801Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
1724Z – 1802Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
1729Z – 1757Z S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.  ATMS data may be perturbed due to maneuver-induced spacecraft vibrations and its effects on the scan drive.
