Details/Specifics of Change:

Due to a ground system anomaly, we were unable to receive telemetry or commanding during Jason3 Rev 22921 at WAL CDA, AOS 08:55:10 until late in the pass. Therefore no read was sent. Wallops reported they were able to see data in high rate telemetry. After switching from WCIG2 to WCIG1, we were able to also see high rate data but insufficient time remained for a Read.

The data will be caught up next rev 22922 at WAL CDA, AOS 10:51:20.
