Length of Event:  Approximately 5 hours

 

 

Details/Specifics of Change: NWave 3rd party vendor Segra will be conducting fiber maintenance which will result in a loss of NWave ingress/egress network connectivity at CBU/Fairmont during the aforementioned window. Product distribution from CBU/Fairmont will be impacted during this maintenance window.  Pull users will receive connection errors, and should check for hung sessions after the maintenance window has completed. The outage should not result in any products being incomplete or lost.
