Details/Specifics of Change: Starting on Tuesday February 23 at 0515UTC, GOES-16 GLM will perform testing to improve the data product. The outages and degradation period are listed below:
 
      February 23 0515-0630UTC: 1hr15min GLM outage
      February 23 1715-1830UTC: 1hr15min GLM outage
      February 24 0515-0630UTC: 1hr15min GLM outage
      February 24 1715-1830UTC: 1hr15min GLM outage
      February 24 1830 to February 25 1830UTC: 24 hour GLM degraded radiometric data
 
This testing will be postponed in the event of a critical weather day. Events will slip one business day, remaining at the same time of day, until they do not conflict with critical weather day.
