Length of Outage: Permanent

 

Details/Specifics of Change:   A failure occurred in the NOAA AIRS production system starting at 0Z on January 1st.  This failure has resulted in a total outage of all AQUA AIRS data products.  An attempt was made to restore the products, but the attempt has proven unsuccessful and has now been called off.

 

Users still requiring AQUA AIRS data should contact NASA at: "https://earthdata.nasa.gov/earth-observation-data/near-real-time" to see about setting up a new data flow directly from the NASA near-real-time system.
