Details/Specifics of Change:  The SARSAT Satellite S13 (METOP B/M1) has suffered an anomaly on the SARP instrument. The anomaly was detected based on no data on SARP since March 12 at 0103 UTC.  The USMCC requested FMCC work with EUMETSAT to issue a SARP reset command. The USMCC is currently filtering all S13 SARP data until a recalculated time calibration (TCAL) is received.

Impact: Medium-Loss of Storage/forward capability. The satellite is limited to real-time/local distress detection and relay. Timeliness of global coverage detection and relay affected.
