Details/Specifics of Change: On March 23, 2021, there will be a 6 hour outage to PDA for GOES 16 and 17 products from 1400 to 2000 UTC. GOES-R Ground System upgrades to Oracle and NFS as part of EI 22.00.00 and COSI 2.4.0 require data operations to go offline during the upgrade.
