Update #1: Reminder – Planned PDA/NDE maintenance activities today at the CBU Backup site will cause an estimated 6 – 8 hour outage beginning at ~1200Z.

Product(s) or Data Impacted: All products being Ingested and/or Disseminated from the CBU Backup site will be affected.

Date/Time of Initial Impact:  June 15th, 2021 1130Z

Date/Time of Expected End:  June 15th, 2021 2230Z

Length of Event:  11 hours

Details/Specifics of Change:  The CBU Backup site will have planned PDA/NDE storage maintenance activities during the impact window above. The PDA/NDE environment will experience a complete outage for approximately 6 – 8 hours from the Initial Impact date/time. If an unexpected event occurs that will prolong the outage, an update to this notification will be issued. All products being Ingested and/or Disseminated from the CBU Backup site will be unavailable during the maintenance.

This maintenance may result in hung connections that need to be reset and/or restarted.

The PDA Support team will be monitoring the environment to quickly act on and remediate anomalies that occur after the PDA/NDE system is back online.
