Details/Specifics of Change:

CNES/CLS reported that the A-DCS was found to be in reduced mode as of August 4^th, 2021 at 1653 UTC due to a watchDog reset. This condition occurs occasionally, and is attributed to a single event upset (SEU).

CNES requested that the software reset be executed and restarting the instrument software to restore data telemetry. This was completed on August 5, 2021 at 1418 UTC.  CNES confirms that data was restored with this action.
