Details/Specifics of Change: A failure between NCEP and the legacy ESPC network has resulted in a loss of NOAAPort products within NESDIS. The problem appears to be external.

Products that rely on NOAAPort data, primarily E-TRAP, cannot be generated until the problem is resolved.
