Details/Specifics of Change:

The October 13, 2021 installation of NDE release 2.0.27 is planned to occur during back orbits. NDE will not be ingesting, processing or distributing data during installation. No data loss is expected, but there will be a possible backlog of processing when installation is complete.

New product included in this release is:

GOES-17 Fog/Low Stratus (FLS):

The GOES-17 FLS products include the Fog Depth, Marginal Visual Flight Rule Probability (MVFR), Instrument Flight Rule Probability (IFR), and Low Instrument Flight Rule Probability (LIFR).  The products are in NetCDF4 format and are available in both CONUS and Full Disk coverage.
