Details/Specifics of Change:   NSOF A (Ops String) will be patched today. NPP on Slot 1 will be transitioned to Slot 3. After the transition, Slot 1 will be patched. When Slot 1 patching is completed, NPP will be transitioned back to Slot 1. No Ops impacts is expected.
