Details/Specifics of Change: On October 14, 2021 at 02:37:00Z, S-NPP will perform a 1.0 second propulsive Risk Mitigation Maneuver (RMM) to provide collision avoidance.

The following observatory systems will be affected on October 14, 2021.

Primary: 02:11:00z - 04:18:04z

          CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available

Primary: 02:21:00z - 02:48:06z

          OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

Primary: 02:26:00z - 02:49:05z

          HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable

Primary: 02:11:00Z- 04:18:04z

ATMS data may be perturbed due to maneuver-induced spacecraft vibrations

S-NPP will not slew for this maneuver.
