Details/Specifics of Change:  The NSOF OPS environment experienced and outage affecting product distribution during the impact window above. The PDA support team found the issue and corrected it within about 15 minutes. Data loss was minimal but data delays occurred during the impact window. Transactions were being queued during the impact window and released immediately after the issue was corrected.  


The PDA Support team is continuing to monitor the environment closely and will provide updates, if necessary.
