Details/Specifics of Change: On November 18, 2021 18:04:27z, S-NPP will perform a 156.0 second propulsive Inclination Adjustment Maneuver (IAM) to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling Repeating Ground Track box. 

The following observatory systems will be affected on November 18, 2021: 

17:31:27z – 19:48:03Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available

17:41:27z – 18:24:05Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:46:27z – 18:25:03z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable.

17:51:27z – 18:07:03z S-NPP in Control Frame 3 (IAM) (Delta-V Control Frame)

17:51:27z – 18:20:03z S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
