Details/Specifics of Change: The purpose of this notice is to inform NPP and N20 mission segments of the HLM data delay due to the anomaly experienced on February 10th. On 2/10 at 19:39z, HLM data for both N20 and NPP were reported as not being captured at the SVL SGE. SMD capture and delivery has been nominal and remains nominal for both missions. The root cause is currently under investigation.
