Details/Specifics of Change: The NPP and N20 mission segments that experienced HLM data outage due to the anomaly experienced on February 10th has been restored. The root cause was an incorrect setting of the HLM port on the SVL Matrix Switch. The fix was implemented on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 18:01z and HLM data reception has now been restored.
