Details/Specifics of Change:  During Svalbard contact 48723 (AOS 1410Z), noTLM/ SMD was received due to Contact not setting up.Issue  under investigation. SMD data will  be re-captured during the next Svalbard support rev 48724 (AOS 1553z).
