Update #1: All products experienced an outage beginning at 1812z on April 14 (Day 104) as a result of unexpected impacts related to PDA maintenance which was ongoing at the time. Some products experienced residual impacts and were not delivered to PDA for an extended duration. Products returned to nominal distribution as follows:
