Details/Specifics of Change: For Jason 3 Rev 25299, we were unable to command at the beginning of the pass. after a series of troubleshooting efforts both at the site and in the SOCC, commanding was attained at the end of the pass. However, it was too late in the pass for a Read. Data will be recovered beginning on Rev 25300 and successive passes.
