Update #3: Critical Weather Day has ended as scheduled.

UPDATE #2:
 Critical Weather Day has been extended again for the Eastern Region to June 22 at 00Z due to Tropical System Claudette impacts.  Critical Weather will end early for the Southern Region today June 20 at 21Z since the Flash Flood watches have been dropped .

Update #1:  As of June 20, 2021 at 1200Z, CWD was expanded to include the Eastern Region and will end on June 21, 2021 at 1800Z - Due to  Tropical Storm Watches and Warnings  due to Claudette off the East Coast of North and South Carolina.  In addition,  CWD will be extended for the Southern Region until June 21, 2021 at 1800Z due to Flash Flooding over the South East.
