Details/Specifics of Change:  The Maryland 2 GEO Ground Station in Suitland, MD, is not receiving alert data. There is an outage due to GOES-17 entering a safehold starting at 537Z.

 

Impact: Minor-There is no impact on distress alert detection/reporting timeliness due to the redundancy of the SARSAT GEOLUT system.
