Update #1 (Final): A secondary source for NOAAport has been identified and implemented. ETRAP resumed product generation at 1500Z today. The network outage between NCEP and NESDIS is ongoing; information will be found under the topic of “SAB and NESDIS Product Outages”.

 A failure between NCEP and the legacy ESPC network has resulted in a loss of NOAAPort products within NESDIS. The problem appears to be external.

Products that rely on NOAAPort data, primarily E-TRAP, cannot be generated until the problem is resolved.
