Update #3: After the most recent contact, #49295, we have received all previously missing data and the current data. There is no more missing data. The issue was the antenna.

Update #2: After the last contact, we have received all previously missing data. The current rev, #49294, is delayed, GSE's are still investigating.
Update #1: After looking into it, I noticed that on previous contact #49292, the JSH received partial data, but the IDPS received none.

Details/Specifics of Change:  Due to unknown issues, there was no  GCOM-W1 SMD data during contact #49293 , During the upcoming Svalbard contact #49294, the missing SMD data is expected to be recovered. GSE's are looking into the issue.
