Details/Specifics of Change:
On November 18, 2021 17:56:24Z, NPP will perform a 356.9 second propulsive Inclination Adjustment Maneuver (IAM) to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling Repeating Ground Track box. 

The following observatory systems will be affected on November 18, 2021: 

17:36:24Z – 19:52:52Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available

17:46:24Z – 18:28:54Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:51:22Z – 18:29:53Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable.

17:56:24Z – 18:06:24Z Slew maneuver to -91.3 deg Yaw
18:13:52Z – 18:24:52Z Slew back to Nadir Attitude - collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.
