Update #2 - Final Update: Further analysis found impacts from yesterday's outage/anomaly as follows: GOES-16 ABI L1b FD, CONUS and MESOs Bands 1, 2, 3 and 5 sustained an outage from 1600Z to 1657Z.  GOES-16 MESO-1 and MESO-2 Bands 4, 6 and 7 had intermittent latency issues from 1658Z to 1952Z.

Update #1: Outage/anomaly was intermittent across products/  Products delivered to PDA returned to nominal at 1952Z
