Details/Specifics of Change: All stored mission data for NOAA- 20, NPP, and GCOM-W1  is not being processed and distributed in a timely matter by the JPSS stored mission data hub (JSH) at this time.  Engineering is troubleshooting.  Data is being captured at ground stations and will be ingested and processed when the JSH is returned to normal operations.
