Details/Specifics of Change: Due to low elevation and poor telemetry at FBK, we were only able to
retrieve 8327 out of an expected 13,090 frames for G1A on N15 Rev 24699.
Attempts to retrieve remaining frames were made by switching to back up
string but yielded the same amount of frames. Unable to chase and
recover G1B due to recorder management.
