Details/Specifics of Change: On June 1, 2022 at 17:26:00Z, S-NPP will perform a 3.0 second propulsive Drag Make-up Maneuver (DMU) to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling Repeating Ground Track box.

 

The following observatory systems will be affected on June 1, 2022:

 

17:00:00Z – 19:07:04Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available

17:10:00Z – 17:38:05Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:15:00Z – 17:38:05Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable.

17:20:00Z – 17:26:03Z S-NPP in Control Frame 2 (DMU) (Delta-V Control Frame)

17:20:00Z – 17:33:04Z S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.
