Update # 4 - Final Update: Cloud products returned to normal operation at 0930Z. These products were monitored until 1900Z to ensure image quality.

Update #3: Intermittent degradation continues for the aforementioned products as recently as 0920Z. Product Engineers are working to resolve the issue. 

Update #2: Troubleshooting is ongoing, intermittent anomalies continue; most recent occurrence at 2040Z.

Details/Specifics of Change: Intermittent L2 Full Disk product anomalies (missing bottom segment of full disk image) are occurring at random. Anomalies so far have occurred for 0950Z, 1010Z, 1040Z, 1110Z images. The root cause of the ground anomaly is under investigation. The most recent occurrence was 2040Z. Investigation continues.
