Details/Specifics of Change: Due to an unknown SGE issue, when SGE 1 was taken out of maintenance and made operational, there was no reception of the GCOMW-1 SMD data during Rev 53838. Rev 53839 was also not received but was automatically recovered on Rev 53840 due to its double dumping. Only Rev 53838 is unrecoverable. The SGE has been swapped to a new one and no further issues are expected.
