Update #3:  NCCF teams were successfully able to reroute the Himawari data delivery. Himawari data returned to AWS, NCCF, and PDA at about 1830Z 9/10/22. All products depending on Himawari data should return to normal service. Data from 0830Z 9/8 through 1800Z 9/10 is not recoverable.

Update #2: 09/09/2022 2200Z The NCCF infrastructure team is implementing a solution, already in use at NCCF, which may restore a secure connection. Implementation of the solution is estimated to be complete by Monday morning September 12, 2022.

Update #1: 09/09/2022 1630Z The outage has been traced to a change in the distributing region, that is outside of NOAA’s and NCCF's interconnect agreement.  H08 data will be out until JMA can switch back to delivering from their primary region.
