Update#1 - Final Update: The LUT vendor replaced the AZ Axis motor and the antenna initialization was successful. Guam 3 returned to normal operations on October 18, 0056Z.

Details/Specifics of Change: The Guam 3 LEO Ground Station in Andersen Air Force Base, Guam is not sending pass solution data. The LUT Vendor has been notified.


Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed.
