Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC did not receive M1 HRPT Rev 52599 & M3 HRPT Rev 20757 from Wallops. ESPC called Wallops and they stated that their data came in with gaps. ESPC asked for a reship. We received the orbits however both revs. did not transfer to Polarprod for processing and were received in gaps & fragments of degraded data on live systems, therefore data is considered lost.
