Update#2-Final Update: The vendor reported there was an issue with the domain controller caused by a power outage. After the power was restored, Guam 3 came back online, but Guam 4 did not. The vendor rebooted Guam 4 LEO Ground Station and it returned to normal operations.


Update#1 - Guam 3 is now sending pass solution data. Guam 4 is still not sending pass solution data, and the vendor is working on the issue. This anomaly's impact statement can be downgraded to minor.
