Details/Specifics of Change:   The CXX radar is out of service in anticipation of SLEP upgrades, and will remain so for the near future. There is potential for a low-topped convective line development Wednesday afternoon as a strong cold front moves through the region. The additional data supplied by the mesosector would improve ProbSevere products and timing/location of potential strong wind gusts in absence of CXX Radar data.
