Details/Specifics of Change: On December 02, 2022 at 16:22:00Z, S-NPP will perform a 3.0 second propulsive Risk Mitigation Maneuver (RMM) to provide collision avoidance. The Backup time is 23:30:00Z.
The following observatory systems will be affected on December 02, 2022.
Primary: 15:56:00z - 18:03:04z or as needed Backup: Dec 02, 23:04:00z – Dec 03, 01:11:04z
CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
Primary: 16:06:00z - 16:33:06z or as needed Backup: 23:14:00z – 23:41:06z
OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
Primary: 16:11:00z - 16:34:05z or as needed Backup: 23:19:00z - 23:42:05z
HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
Primary: 16:16:00z - 16:24:04Z NPP in Control Frame 2 (DMU) (Delta-V Control Frame)
16:16:00z – 16:29:04z NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.
S-NPP will not slew for the backup maneuver.
