Update #1 - Final Update:  The issue was caused by a power outage at the site. Once power was restored, the LUT"s returned to normal Operation. The maintenance vendor has identified a faulty U.P.S and is working to get a replacement.

Impact: Medium - Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. LEOSAR and MEOSAR distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR is operating nominally.
